Refund policy

1. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

You can complete our questionnaire, receive draft lyrics, and listen to a 60-second preview based on your selected musical preferences at no cost.
You only pay if you decide to purchase the full song.
The preview is stream-only and not downloadable.


2. CREATE-FIRST FLOW (HOW IT WORKS)

You go through: questionnaire → lyrics → melody → 60s preview.

You purchase only if you are happy with the preview.

After purchase, you receive:

  • The full-length audio file
  • Any plan-specific deliverables included in your purchase. 

3. PAYMENTS & DOWNLOADS

Payment is required to access and download the full song.

Delivery is deemed to occur when download access is granted or when the file is made available in your account or via email link.

The full-length version is based on the approved preview and may include extended sections consistent with the preview’s style and structure.

The 60-second preview is stream-only and not downloadable.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.


4. REFUNDS

No refunds after delivery of the full digital song

Because each song is a personalized digital product created specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds once the full song has been delivered (download link issued or file access granted), except where required by law.

Please use the free preview to decide before purchasing.

Refunds before purchase

Since no payment is required before preview, no refund process applies until purchase is made.

Exceptions (we’ll refund or fix):

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • A technical issue prevents access to your purchased file and we cannot resolve it
  • The product has a major fault under applicable consumer law
  • Any mandatory consumer right in your jurisdiction.


5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR HELP

If you experience an issue, please email:

Include your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond promptly.


6. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first—we can usually resolve access or file issues faster than a card dispute. If unresolved, we will provide evidence of delivery/eligibility to the payment processor.


7. LEGAL NOTES (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR REGION)

EU/UK digital content

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom:

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate digital delivery of your personalized song.

You acknowledge that delivery begins as soon as the full song download becomes available, and you understand that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.

 

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our services.
