Thank you for shopping with Poema Songs. This Shipping Policy explains how and when physical products — including framed lyric prints and Bluetooth speakers — are shipped.

Digital products (such as personalized songs) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

All physical products are made or prepared to order.

Processing time (before dispatch):

  • Framed lyric prints: 3–7 business days

  • Bluetooth speakers (preloaded with your song): 3–7 business days

Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days

🌍 International

  • 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product size/weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. TRACKING

Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Framed lyric prints and preloaded Bluetooth speakers are custom-made and personalized products.

Because these items are made specifically for you:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed:

  • Please first check tracking details.

  • Contact the carrier directly where possible.

  • If unresolved, contact us and we will assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal disruptions, weather events, or carrier issues beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or reshipment.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.

9. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance processes.
