Poema creates personalised songs based on your stories, memories, or messages. Whether it's for a celebration, an announcement, or simply to express love, we transform your words into melodies that move hearts.

Here’s how your song is created step by step:

1. Complete the questionnaire with details about your story, occasion, and preferences.
   
2. Lyrics generation – Once you confirm, the system creates draft lyrics. You can:
   - Regenerate lyrics up to 3 times, or
   - Edit the lyrics manually to make them truly yours.
   
3. Melody creation – You select your musical preferences (genre, voice, tone, arrangement). For each request:
   - Up to 2 melody options are created.
   - You can regenerate preferences up to 3 times.
   - If you change the arrangement, you can choose to keep your current lyrics or create new ones to fit.
   
4. Preview – Once melodies are ready (usually a few minutes), you can listen to a 60-second preview before committing to buy.
   
5. Purchase & Download – If you like the preview, purchase the song. You’ll then unlock:
   - The full-length song download, plus
   - All generated variations from your lyric and melody regenerations.

Yes. You will always be able to listen to a 60-second preview of your melody before deciding to purchase. This helps you feel confident before downloading the full track.

Each song is approximately 2:30 to 3 minutes long.

Once the lyric is generated, you have the ability to make changes directly in the lyrics displayed, ensure you click on "Save Changes" before clicking on "Compose Melodies" to continue.

If the lyric has already been created, but you have not yet composed the melody, the draft lyric is found under "My Songs", click on "Review & Edit lyrics" and follow instructions above.

If the song has already been created, you still have the option to edit the lyrics. Go to "My Songs", then click on "Melodies & Audio". Then under "New Melodies", click on "Edit Lyrics" under "Lyrics for New Melody" section. Please note that the song will be regenerated and will not be the same as the original song generated as each song is unique.

Once the purchase is completed, login to your account, then click on My Songs. For songs already purchased, click on the Download icon near the song title.

To share your songs, click on Melodies & Audio near the selected song title, then click on the Share icon next for the selected song. In this same screen, you are also able to download your song.

Your selected preferred melody version will remain available for 1 year, while unselected versions will automatically expire after 90 days.

The link to your song will remain available through the QR code if you purchase a physical product with the song.

Each Poema is uniquely crafted from your words. We blend your story with artistry, heart, and the latest music tech to produce something truly special—never generic or templated. You stay in control at every step: editing lyrics, trying different arrangements, and previewing before buying it.

We have added lots of samples in the "Examples" menu for inspiration.

Please note that no song is the same and we do not treat your songs as a template as we focus on the uniqueness of the song creation based on your input, your story, your song.

Your song is crafted from your words and preferences, supported by our creative process and advanced music technology. We use AI tools to help generate lyrics and melodies, but you decide how the song evolves — through edits, regenerations, and arrangement choices.

Yes. Every Poema song is based on your personal questionnaire. Even though AI tools help with the creation, the lyrics, melodies, and arrangements are shaped by your inputs, making each song one-of-a-kind.

No. The audio is produced using high-quality voices, instruments, and arrangements. While AI assists in generating the content, the final product is designed to sound polished, natural, and ready to share.

Yes. Buy a Poema Gift Card now and your recipient can redeem it whenever they’re ready. You can email it to them instantly (or schedule a future date) with a personal message. Cards are valid for 3 years, can be combined with discount codes, and any remaining balance stays on the card—if the song costs more, they simply pay the difference at checkout.

As long as you have logged in to your account during your song creation, the draft song will be saved against your account and is available under My Songs.

Once you start a new form, the system will recognize if there is a draft version and will ask you to confirm if you would like to recover previous form or restart.

If you have already created a song and would like to reuse most of the information on the form to create a similar song, go to My Songs, then select your song and click on the Copy icon next to its name.

That’s why we offer a free preview. You only pay if you like the 60-second preview.

Within each purchase, you have the option to regenerate the melody up to 3 times. Go to "My Songs", then click on "Melodies & Audio". Then click on "New Melodies".

In this step, you are able to change the musical and voice style, tone and tempo, musical arrangement and lyrics.

Once the full digital song is delivered, refunds are not available except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.

You are currently able to create a song in English, Portuguese or Spanish. Although the form is in English, if you answer in either of these languages and select the correct language for the song creation, it will do its best to understand. Although, please review the lyric carefully to ensure there is no error.

We are currently working on translating our website to Portuguese and Spanish too, stay tuned.
